Qustom, Inc. (pronounced 'Kus-tum) is the brainchild of Vincent Mross - founder and president for over two decades of West Coast Lambretta Works (now Lambretta Works, Inc.), a retail business which specializes in parts and accessories for classic Italian motorscooters, the Lambretta - and his wife Brooke Sauer. In their own words, here are their goals for Qustom, Inc.,:

"During the time we operated Lambretta Works together, we developed a very strong knowledge of not only the retail marketplace for Lambretta parts and accessories - but also the shortcomings of the wholesale market that businesses all over the world have to rely on to make it in a such niche market.

Our first goal is therefor to build and expand a network of highly motivated and well respected Lambretta dealers around the world who carry our products proudly, and offer the type of after sale service that is necessary to keep customers satisfied with their purchases long after the sale has been completed.

Our product line is geared toward the Lambretta owner who wants only the best for their machine. This is not to say that we will price ourselves out of the market for cost conscious owners - on the contrary, we believe that if we make only quality parts that will stand the test of time at fair prices, and back that up with exemplary service after the sale, that in the end our products will always be the best deal in the long term."
